By booking a tour with Amulya Travels, customers agree to follow the itinerary and travel guidelines provided. Tour schedules may change depending on traffic, weather conditions, or temple timings. All travelers must carry valid identification during the trip. Amulya Travels is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as road conditions, natural events, or government restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may incur cancellation charges. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. For cancellations, customers must contact our support team via phone or email.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking. Service charges or third-party charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Amulya Travels respects your privacy and protects your personal information. Any data collected during booking, such as name, phone number, or email address, will only be used for booking confirmation and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without customer consent.
Booking Policy
All bookings must be confirmed in advance with complete traveler details. Prices may vary depending on travel dates, season, and availability. Darshan tickets, entry fees, tolls, parking charges, and meals are not included unless mentioned in the package details. Customers are requested to confirm the itinerary and pricing before making payment.
